The Induction Programme on Personality Development for the members of all the NCC Wings and Youth Red Cross Cell of the College was held on 12th July 2019 at LCRI Hall. Lt Col Gracian Sequeira, Admin Officer, NCC Army Wing of 18 Kar Bn was the Resource Person. Lt Shakinraj, SLt Hariprasad Shetty, CTO Alwyn Misquith, Programme Officers of Youth Red Cross Unit, Ms Premalatha Shetty and Mr Arjun Prakash were present on the dais.

Lt Col Gracian Sequeira in his speech complimented the NCC Cadets and members of Youth Red Cross Unit for being the BEST group of students that he has met among all other institutions in his area. He gave a brief introduction on his personal life in the Indian Army serving in Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar and other locations and briefed the Cadets about the benefits in joining NCC.

He further said that “You should remember that parents are responsible for your growth, and teachers are for your good education. Keep away from mobile phones, because they will ruin your lives. Be simple and don’t live a lavish life.”

PO Cdt Ashika Shetty compered the programme. Ms Premalatha Shetty welcomed the gathering. Lt Shakinraj proposed the vote of thanks.
