Well-equipped 24 laboratories with spacious and well-ventilated halls meet the requirements of Computer Science, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Physics, Microbiology, Electronics, Physchology, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-technology, Journalism, Social Work and English Language departments. The laboratory of Applied Biology and Environmental Sciences offers research facilities for Ph.D.

In addition, the College has-two more Research Laboratories :

Father George Albuquerque Anti-Cancer Drug Design Laboratory and Father Thomas Gonsalves Physics Research Laboratory.

The Laboratory of Applied Biology has established a central computational facility under the FIST program.The Dr. W.Kuppers Bio-tech Unit is equipped with instruments for molecular work. It is planned to do molecular transformation studies in Ragi, Cashew, Banana and Tree Ferns. The college Fern House maintains a large collection of rare ferns for study.
