Each class will have a teacher who will function as a Mentor, to create an adequately supportive climate at work. The function of the Mentor is more a matter of providing the micro environment in which the talents of a person can flourish. The Mentor, as a animator, takes personal interest in each student’s achievement and transforms a class into an effective team. A special mentor has been appointed to look after the well being of the foreign students.
