Certificates
1. All applications for certificates must be made to the Principal in writing. Certificates must be taken from the office in person. If they have to be sent by post, a stamped self-addressed cover must be left at the office. Certificates and marks cards will not be handed over to unauthorised persons.

2. certificates will not be issued on less then 48hours notice.

3. If a student wants to have his/her convocation certificate, he/she should apply to the University, making a payment of the prescribed fee for the application. The application may be made immediately after the publication of results. Application form swill be obtained from the office.

4. Attested copies of certificates may be obtained from the Principal or any Gazetted Officer.

5. Students who join other Universities will be required to produce their migration certificates. To obtain this it is necessary to take from this College the 'No Dues' Certificate and apply to the University by paying the prescribed fee.

6. Application for duplicate marks card should be made directly to the University.

7. The Official 'Conduct Certificate' has to be earned by a student by his/her good conduct and behaviour during his/her College course. It will not be issued as a matter of course. The Principal may refuse a conduct certificate to any student whose conduct has not been satisfactory.

8. According to University regulations, Transfer Certificate may not be given to the students. It is sent to the Principal of the College which the student has joined.

c) Transfer Certificate

d) No-Dues etc.

e) Bonafide Certificate
Rs20.00*


Certificates can only be sent by registered post. Current rgistration postage charges should be sent with the application besides the fee for postal dispatches.
