St Aloysius Institute of Computer Sciences offers Master's Degree in Computer Applications, M.Sc (Bioinformatics) and M.Sc. (Computer Technology); affiliated to Mangalore University and approved by AICTE, Delhi.
Our students have done their Sixth Semester MCA projects in reputed software companies like Infosys, HP, Oracle, IBM, TCS, Wipro, Netkraft, HCL, Mphasis, Mindtree,Globalsoft, techspan, etc. Some students have done projects in reputed research organizations such as NAL, ISRO, NPOL-Cochin, etc.

The IT Building, which houses the PG courses in Computer Applications(MCA, M.Sc-Software Technology, Bioinformatics) and MBA course was inaugurated by Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, the President of India on 28th March 2003.
