Admission Procedure
1. Application forms for PUC are available in the College Office. Through post, you can obtain application form and prospectus by sending a postal order for Rs. 50/- along with applicant's complete address.

2. Applications must be completely filled and registered in the College Office as soon as the SSLC results are declared. (Incomplete applications will be considered disqualified)

3. Students of ICSE/CBSE Board/NRI's also must apply as soon as their results are declared with a provisional Marks Card without waiting for the original Marks Card. (See the procedure in the college notice board).

4. Students need not wait for the original Marks Card to apply for admission. Falsification of marks will lead to dismissal with forfeiture of fees.

5. Application forms should be filled in, complete with regard to all the information asked for, in the candidate's own handwriting.

6. Application forms should be registered at the College office and the receipt should be obtained by the due date. The registration fee is Rs. 25/- which will not be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Application forms received by post will be registered only if a postal order for Rs. 25/-, payable to the Principal, is enclosed. An acknowledgement will be sent only if a self-addressed postcard is enclosed.

8.  Applicants who are provisionally selected will be informed by post or in person and their application numbers will be put up on the Notice Board along with the date for interview. Only such candidates will be sent intimation cards for personal interview. Candidates who do not appear for the interview on the specified day are liable to lose the seat provisionally allotted to them. If your postal service is not adequate, check the Notice Board every morning.

9. The provisionally selected candidates are not entitled to admission. Actual admissions are made by the Principal after personal interview for which both the parents with the candidate should be present. When you appear for the interview, the following certificates must be available: a) Provisional marks card b) Conduct Certificate c) Caste Certificate (If applied under reserved quota).

10. The candidates are discouraged from approaching a third person and producing recommendation letters to obtain admission. Please be alert to those persons who promise admission and demand money from you. Please inform the Principal about such matters.

11. Those who are called for the interview should bring with them - I) the intimation card, 2) attested copies of the marks card, 3) conduct certificate.

12. Principal will be available for consultation between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on working days.

13. Original documents have to be submitted to the office when the documents are received from the Board. Please keep ready few Xerox copies of the original documents.

14. Foreign students cannot be admitted unless they have student/long term visas and no AIDS certificates.

15. The admitted candidates should pay the fees immediately after the interview, failing which, they will lose their admission. Selected candidates who do pay the fees or after paying the fees do not attend classes for five consecutive days without intimation, will forfeit their seats. The fees, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.

16. Candidates whose family income is less than Rs. 11,000/- per annum and wish to apply for the fee concessions for the academic year should submit their applications in the prescribed forms (Forms No. 1, 2 or 3), duly completed in all respects while paying the fees. Applications will not be accepted later. In case the Government does not reimburse the fees to the College, the difference will have to be paid by the candidate.

17. Govt. Fee Regulation : Tuition fees and special fees for the year are payable in one installment. A receipt signed and dated by one who is deputed by the Principal shall be granted for every payment of the fee made.or seats during admission.
